Ingredients
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 lb. Gorgonzola
- 3 Tbs. grated parmesan
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Bring the cream to a full boil, then add the salt and pepper and Parmesan, stirring until thickened. Fold in Gorgonzola and stir until melted. Toss over your favorite pasta or steak.
