Toss Over Cooked Pasta
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 lb. Gorgonzola
  • 3 Tbs. grated parmesan
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
Bring the cream to a full boil, then add the salt and pepper and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.  Fold in Gorgonzola and stir until melted.  Toss over your favorite pasta or steak.
