  • brown sugar
  • whipped topping
  • honey roasted pecans
Cut pie into 8 slices; place each slice on dessert plate. Sprinkle each evenly with brown sugar. Using a small kitchen torch, heat sugar until sugar melts and begins to caramelize; let cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with a pecan. Serves 8.
